SHIRLS Posted May 15, 2008 Report Share Posted May 15, 2008 Waiting to hear any day soon that we have the green light but we heard yesterday that once approval is granted,we only have 3 months to get there to evidence.We were under the impression that it was 1 year ??? However this time period is determined from the date that police clearance or medical approval is obtained. If for example you obtained police clearance early in the application process you could inadvertently put yourself in a difficult situation by having a reduced time period left in which to validate.Just double check this with your agent.
