Avatar with multiple personality disorder???

Gizmo

Question

I changed my avatar a few days ago.

Although it was correct on my settings, it was incorrect in my posts and replies.

I tried refreshing, logging off, logging on again etc

I then decided to leave it, assuming that maybe the forum only updated once per week or something.

All of my replies changed yesterday on their own to my new avatar.

I just posted a topic now which has reverted back to my old avatar (even though the new one is still shown in my settings).

How do I get my new one to show again and to show all the time, not sporadically???

Edited to say - the old avatar is of my cat.

The new avatar is of myself and my toddler.

Must just say - I haven't seen your cat for a while and definitely not on your last post :ilikeit:

And now? On this topic, I can see my kitty. Which avatar can you see?

I see you and your cute little girl :) Maybe it's a setting on your computer, is that possible?

Gosh - that is odd. I can see my old-kitty avatar!

Yesterday, I could see my new one from this computer.

Weird!

It seems like a local caching issue on your machine (You computer is remembering the old image for you)

I wouldn't worry too much as I too am seeing your new avatar (and have been for a few days)

If you have not done so try Crtl + F5 on your keyboard to flush the cache - do this on any page where your old Avatar shows up.
