Establish performance benchmarks and develop World's Best Practices to ensure maximum business efficiency in all departments is being achieved.Manage the refinery production facility and prioritise work to meet short, medium and long-term needs of the facilityLiaise with all production refinery personnel on an informal basis regularly to communicate operational successes and failures.
