antonie.lani
Hi AllOur family is on its way to Australia (Portland, Victoria), my husband already has work, and we are now busy with the 457 Visa process. I am 20 weeks pregnant, and according to the immigration agent I have to go for chest X-rays in order to get the Visa. Does anyone have any information on this, can a provisional Visa be granted and X-rays done at a later date.Has anyone been through this or had a similar problem that could advise us. I do not want to stay behind in SA and have the baby here, as we won't have medical coverage here by then.Surely there must be a way around this. I've done some digging, but found little information.Cheers.Lani
Nilo
Lani a while ago someone had the same problem. Apparantly what they do is put a lead apron over your belly when doing the x-ray.Hope this helps.N
