It is a permanent position, but only on certain days & times (fixed schedule), to start work immediately or asap. It is not a contract or casual position and does not have a limited period attached to it. It is for a private practice (Cosmetic Surgeon) and no weekends or night shifts - some days only start afternoons, and some days not working at all - Nice one for moms with kids to have some time at home when it matters.
