Enrica
Hi FrenchyStep 1Sprout the seeds in water for 6 to 12 hours. Step 2Mix organic top soil with peat moss (50/50 mix) and place in a seed or cafeteria tray. The soil/peat moss mix should be 1 1/2 to 2 inches deep. Step 3Drain the seeds and spread them over the soil. The seeds should be touching each other but not overlapping. Step 4Lightly sprinkle peat moss over the seeds to cover them. Step 5Water the tray being careful to not distrub the peat moss and seeds.Step 6Keep the trays in indirect sunlight for about 7 to 10 days and continue watering as needed. Step 7When the grass is about 7 inches tall, harvest and juice it. Try the health shops for wheat seeds.
