Mara
Look for the map of Victoria, click on the area of Victoria you want and it will lead to the info on that area.http://www.provincialvictoria.vic.gov.au/ Edited February 3, 2015 by Mara Link still valid 02 Feb 2015
AReyeP
Many of the people here are curious about what certain areas look like. Before I moved to South Africa to be with my wife, I used to send her photos I'd taken of the areas near where I lived - perhaps they may be of interest to some. The attached photos are of Gisborne, 70km northwest of Melbourne via freeway. It's what you'd call "semi rural" and has the best of both worlds (city and country).I'll upload some piccies of Lancefield soon too (Gisborne is expensive but Lancefield is perhaps one of the cheapest areas around Melbourne due to lack of public transport)@Mara - perhaps I should have put these photos somewhere else under a different thread - my apologies if so - please feel free to move them if you wish. Mara
Photos are fine where they are - thanks for that!
AReyeP
Thanks Mara. Only problem is I discovered there's a size limit to how much I can put on If anyone's interested they can email me at areyep@gmail.com and I can email them the photos. I have photos of Lancefield, plus quite a few aerial photos of Melbourne (including the suburbs along the coastline around the bay), plus a number of photos of Melbourne taken late last year by one of the people I work with here who went on hols to Aus.Steve

Mara
Hi NatashaI have absolutely no idea of numbers, I know there are some, but as to how many, your guess is as good as mine.I would suggest that you start a new thread and ask the question in the heading.
