Court protection order prohibited him to contact me and my daughter for 5 years. My employer sponsor visa about to finalise. I have withdraw my ex-husbands from my visa application but now immigration asking for 1229 consent form sign from my ex-husband for my daughter, immigration said if he sign they will grant the visa, no sign, no grant but he is not signing that form as I have removed him from my visa, Even he didn't sign for passport renewal application for my daughter.
