Got married while waiting for 189 Visa

Hi All,

 

I have a pending 189 Visa application which has been in Further Assessment state for over 2 years now. I applied for the visa while I was single and got married recently while waiting for the grant.

First question: how do I notify home affairs that my status has changed, I am now married.

Second question: Is there a way for me to add my wife to my pending application. If so how do I go about it.
