TeeTMI Posted January 31, 2022 Report Share Posted January 31, 2022 A reminder for anyone still hoping to use the 'Grandfathering provisions' for a 457 visa held, or applied for, on the 18th April 2017 (when the eligibility criteria changed for being able to apply via the the 186 TRT stream of the employer nominated visas). These transitional / grandfathering arrangements will be ceasing March 2022 The transitional/grandfathering arrangements provided concessions in respect of age / occupation / period of employment criteria.
