TeeTMI Posted June 22, 2021 Report Share Posted June 22, 2021 Priority Migration Skilled Occupation List Based on data from the National Skills Commission and feedback from stakeholders, 22 more occupations have been added to the PMSOL. The Priority Migration Skilled Occupation List (PMSOL) identifies occupations which fill critical skills needs to support Australia’s economic recovery from COVID-19. Employer sponsored nomination and visa applications with an occupation on the PMSOL will be given priority processing. All other skilled occupation lists will remain active, but the PMSOL occupations will take priority. My wife's occupation is now part of the list namely external auditing. Her company has already reached out to her. We started the application then the dreaded 'C' started. We only got as far as getting our police cleareance which arrived in June'20. Will they still be valid? One last question. The 186 is the Employer Nominated PR visa. Police Clearances are generally only valid for 12 months. Good luck I hope it moves swiftly for you. PieterLouw Posted July 27, 2021 Report Share Posted July 27, 2021 The new occupations are (including ANZSCO codes): Hospital Pharmacist (251511) Retail Pharmacist (251513) Industrial Pharmacist (251512) Source: The three occupations of Hospital Pharmacist (251511), Industrial Pharmacist (251512) and Retail Pharmacist (251513) have been added to the PMSOL This brings the PMSOL list to 44 occupations.
