We were due to visit South Africa in May for my father-in-law’s 80th birthday. As a surprise gift, we were taking them to the Krugerpark. Sadly, our flights were cancelled due to Covid and we applied for a refund from SANParks for our accommodation. This was in March and to date, we have had no feedback from them. We are currently emailing the International refund address as well as the normal refund address. Does anyone perhaps have a contact there as we are $6000 out of pocket. We’re concerned that the longer this drags on, the less likely we are to get any kind of refund.
