Please note that the Subclass 189 visa (MLSSL list). The Occupation ceilings do not apply to State or Territory Nominated, Employer Sponsored or Business Innovation and Investment visa subclasses. Please note that this is NOT the number of places that the government is seeking to fill within the 189 visas (we will hopefully see the 2020-21 Migration Plan quota of places when the budget is announced in October).
