We are looking for a candidate in South Africa to provide support to our team based in Australia. This role provides software support and technical services to customers and clients in Australasia. The candidate will manage service and support requests effectively & proactively, managing each case from initial contact through to resolution. Requirements: Minimum 5 years Pastel Partner and Sage Evolution 200 experience.
