When completing the SkillSelect, do we complete all his recognized experience or only the experience after the date deemed skilled? He has 8.6 years recognized experience, but because he did the RPL due to no formal qualifications, ACS deduct 8 years off his experience. In other words, from what I understand, we can only add 6 months of his employment to our SkillSelect?
