Hi Doogle - welcome to the forum You might take a look at the 143 visa thread as the CPV 173 currently has similar processing times to the Offshore CPV 143. The Department of Home Affairs is currently stating OFFSHORE APPLICANTS (subclass 143 and 173) 'We are currently assessing applications lodged up to and including 11 June 2015.'
