TeeTMI Posted August 5, 2018 Report Share Posted August 5, 2018 Sorry I can't assist with a butcher that way. We had difficulty finding a butcher we liked (too salty/fatty/finely minced...). We now make up a batch of boere meat and shape it into patties and freeze the individual patties. Not quite the same - but love the flavour.
