Still no luck selling my business which is a pity.... but moving on.. as I will have to own and operate a biz in Oz, I need to fill some massive craters in my head. Can anyone suggest what I would need to learn about running a biz in Oz vs SA? I was thinking HR law and practice and commercial law. Anything else I should focus on... and there are so many online courses... anyone recommend some good training places or books or websites? I think you'd stand a better chance of getting the answers you need if you tried that. And do make it worse, the rules differ from state to state.
