My family will be doing our health assessments in a short while. We are all in good health, but my little daughter had a rough start when she picked up meningitis in the hospital and was in NICU for 10 days with seizures (all good now thankfully ).
My question is twofold:
1. Am I correct in assuming that we would declare her visit to the Neonatal ICU during the health assessment?
2. We are taking her to the pediatric neurologist for a final check-up this week. Should we ask doc for a letter advising that the little one is ok now, or will the assessing doctor form their own independent opinion?
