Form 80 & Form 1221

Hi

I am in process of completing the form 1221, as this is one of the forms on my portal under ny husband. I am uncertain as to whether I should add one for myself as well, it does not show under my lists of recommended docs. I was also considering just submitting the form 80, but have theu ever requested both these docs from anyone in this forum? I know they serve different purposes but the questions are so similar...

The longer I read on this forum the gladder I am that we applied a year ago. Seems like they are taking a closer look at a lot of things all of a sudden? Do you think it's the increase in migrants from RSA?

Hello Tashy,

Currently DIBP are requesting Form80's for all over 16. They sometimes also request the Form1221 as well. There is no harm in completing and attaching a Form 1221 if you want.
