Cindylou Posted May 2, 2007 Report Share Posted May 2, 2007 Hi Fellow FoodiesAs per a previous - meant to be lighthearted - discussion I tried this recipe for Chocolate Mud Cake and loved it! Just a note on the ganache - I didn't use the one in this recipe as it calls for butter, which gives quite an oily texture. I used a simple ganache recipe: melt 200g chocolate in 2/3 cup of cream in a double boiler, refrigerate until almost set and ice the completely cooled cake.
