Deboned Leg of Lamb with Herbs and Red Wine on the Weber

Debone a nice juicy leg of lamb by cutting along the bone, on the underside of the leg.

Spice with rosemary, thyme, cumin. Splash of some good red wine.

Make sure Weber coals are nice n hot. Allow to catch a bit of flame to colour the meat. Cook to taste.

Remove and rest.
