Hi all,

Feel guilty to only "roofkyk" so I thought I'd better introduce myself too.

We are an Afrikaans family of 4 getting the ball rolling. We're doing it ourselves and have applied to Vetassess a week ago. Doing the IELTS in September. We're doing the State sponsorship to WA if all goes well.

I've learned an awful lot from this forum and hope I can contribute at some stage.

Great to have someone else from the EC. All the very best - handling it yourselves, I take my hat off to you. May God smile upon you and your family and open doors for you with many blessings.

Hey Matt

You inspired me to say hello too. I'm also new to the forum and it's been a world of help. Thank you to everyone for their contributions, sometimes it's been like a light shining in the dark to read about others' experiences.

We're a family of 4 from Durban also marching through the process by ourselves.

Hi Gillian

Nice to see diy'ers so far into the process. Just got our IELTS results, another step closer.

Good luck!

Hey Matt

That's the attitude that's kept me going...one step closer at a time. It's nice to see others also diy'ing. If there is anything I can help with info wise please feel free to ask. I'm learning every day and mostly from others sharing their experiences.

Well done on your ielts results...I found that whole experience a bit terrifying!

Hey welcome to the forum.

People will help you on any subject you have worries about. No question will ever be too silly for this forum as everyone here respects the fact that all of us have a different ways of looking at things. This is almost like a "dear diary". The only difference is you get really good advise in return.
