Going to Aus

Decided to go to Aus, what cities are recommended where there is work for a secondary teacher?

You will probablt get better answers from those who have secured teaching posts in Australia, but it is not as straight forward as in RSA and I believe incredibly difficult to find teaching posts in state schools, so private and catholic would probably be the best options.

Many teachers start out as relief teachers and then secure a full time post.

I dont know the answer to your question, but I think that each state is different so maybe look each area up separately.

Welcome to the forum. Have a look at those job sites mentioned above, but also have a look at which states sponsor secondary teachers, that will give you an indication of which states needs secondary teachers.
