Skrag001 Posted June 26, 2013 Report Share Posted June 26, 2013 HiHas anybody registered a company in AUS. It seems like the process is quite straight forward, but I guess its like SA. The process looks straightforward on paper but when you actually start it its much more complicated. I used a company in SA do do my SA company registration and I guess it would make sense to do the same for a AUS company, especially since the company would probably have a couple of SA shareholders? Quick google search and there are three organisations at the top of the page who will do it for about $475.The ato site has lots on it to about the company's obligations in terms of VAT, PAYE, fringe benefits et al.
