OnYellowBrickRd
For those of you wanting a life by the sea without the clubs and surfers (somewhat like Knysna, I would think), Noosa is it.Here are a few pictures of our morning hike (free, by the way) along the Coastal Trail of the Noosa National Park - Headlands Area)Boiling PointTea Tree BayHEOJJ at Dolphin PointGranite BayAlexandria Bay North...and SouthLaguna Bay
BriD
How gorgeous!! I can totally see why you have chosen that area. Stunning!!
Lyn
Thanks for sharing HEOJJ - Looks beautiful - Im very jealous - I always thought RSA had some magnificent beaches / coastline - but I have discovered the most amazing beaches in Aus. From long stretches of beach - to rocky outcrops with little islands - to the whitest beach sand in the world.Enjoy

mittwelt
Hi, wow you pictures are amazing! I never realized quite how beautiful it is there. We are in the very beginning stages and investigating the best areas to settle with our kids (4 and 6). I really love the look of Mooloolaba. Is the area in your photo's in a similar area??? What are the jobs prospects like for Financial Professionals out that way?SORRY for all the prodding, but I was blown away by the lovely coastline.Thanks. Sharon
Apparently there is often a koala which sits above the entrance to the National Park. We were lucky enough to see one.
MannyT
The Noosa/Sunshine Coast area is one of Australia's premier holiday destinations.... We live in Peregian Springs and the beach stretches for approx 18kms from Coolum to Sunshine Beach.... When the tide is about it is 80 metres wide..Lots of work in hospitality, age care and Real Estate, opportunities in other "professions' more limited. Accountants and lawyers also do reasonably well here, not much else though...having said that YOUI (South African Insurance company, part of the OUTSURANCE Group) have a call centre in Kawana Waters employing approx 800 people. Great photos but it does not really do the area justice...... Enjoy!Manny
OnYellowBrickRd
One of my favourite places so far is the Lions Park on Gympie Terrace in Noosa. Here's why:These are a lot bigger than I thought they were.
Lyn
You lucky lucky people. Looks beautiful - peaceful and clean. Don't know if I'd be able to sit in an office all day knowing that was out there.
