I now fall short on the current points system!I have been applying for dozens of jobs over the past 2 years on all the popular websites including directly to the telecoms companies themselves - but not even a nibble. Could it be my age - 45?I have successful TRA, IELTS of 6.0; 5.5; 6.0; 7.5 overall 6.5. and 15 years experience in microwave, transmission, BTS etc.I really need a job to get in - any advice?ThanksBennie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
