Having emigrated to WA we realised the need for family run, fully furnished rentals when you land in Perth and are in the process of organising longer term accomodationIt is fitted with all furniture, bedding, towels, kitchen utensils and all utilities are covered in the rental priceSituated in the northern beach suburbs...an area called Currambine. It is close to the beach, freeway and trainline (direct to the CBD)We have lived in WA for 12 years we understand the local community. Our family runs only one rental home so there is always someone on hand to answer the many questions that arise when you emigrate......where is the nearest GP? Where can we hire a car? Banks?
