Assistant Financial Analyst

Key responsibilities include:

 Assist in the design and implementation of an enhanced Corporate Model covering

the financial forecasting and reporting framework for the business, and then

subsequent ongoing analysis.

 Ongoing monitoring of the management reporting and financial KPI’s,

 Providing financial analysis and forecasting support on business initiatives and

general financial commercial acumen to the business;

 Ad-hoc reporting, projects and activities as related to the outcomes of the role

identified by the Financial Analyst or the CFO.

 Support the implementation and rollout of Business Intelligence (BI) in the business

in conjunction with the Financial Analyst

 Assist in the annual budgeting and reforecast process

Knowledge

3-5 years financials experience.

Strong understanding of the key concepts of business analysis and the related tools;

Tertiary education in a Business or related degree is desirable

A knowledge of the travel industry not essential.

Skills

Tech ‘savy’ in terms of the MS Office suite of products (predominantly Excel)

Demonstrated ability to professionally represent the company and finance internally;
