MrsMupersan
Hi all,With so many new arrivals, I just wanted to give some of you a heads up about a fantastic ACT government initiative called Live In Canberra.Remember Clyde Rathbone? The young South African rugby player who moved to the Brumbies and also played a couple of Wallabies games too? Well, when he moved, so did his family. Clyde's mom, Glynis, runs the show at Live In Canberra. They organise events on a regular basis for new arrivals to Canberra to help everyone integrate and also get to see some of the attractions around the city. This is NOT a South African thing, but the majority of new arrivals here seem to be ex-Saffers. http://www.liveincanberra.com.au/Check out the website and then sign up. You'll be put on the mailing list and will be sent invitations to the upcoming events.Cheers,Mands
