We bought a house and therefore would not like to let the owners down (who is currently traveling overseas). We are looking for someone to take over our lease. For those of you that dont know, this is a great offer for people coming over to Aus. No rental applications and referees etc etc etc.... Great way of getting into the rental market.It is a huge 5 bedroom house with swimmingpool, huge block (for Aus) 1100m2. Great family house. It will be available from Feb/MAr to August. So about 6 months which is a good time for you to look for another rental or to buy a house. It involves $1000 deposit and $350 per week rental.
