Hi everyone

We are planning on making our first visit to Adelaide early 2012. There after the permanent move towards the end of 2012.

During the first visit we plan on getting to know SA, look for suitable places to rent or buy, etc.

Does anyone know of any good, reasonably priced self catering apartments we could stay at during our first visit? For about two weeks.

Any suggested websites we could look through?

Many thanks in advance.

Cheers

Hi, we were over in June this year and I used TakeABreak to find accomodation in Adelaide. We stayed in the "Glenelg north holiday house". Great place at a great place.

Enjoy the trip. we are making the big move in Feb 2012

One company is Quest they have apartments right in the city, there are ones by Rydges on the edge of the city. SACWA runs a guest house and has a self catering flatlet too.

You could try the Discovery Holiday Parks. There's Adelaide Shores at West beach or one in Semaphore. Mount Barker Caravan and Tourist Park has nice cabins if you'd rather be up in the Hills or Brownhill Creek Caravan Park is a nice compromise (not on the coast but not too far from the city either).

Always find the Total Travel website very useful for finding accommodation in Australia.

Try www.Billabong Homes fully furnished rentals & Adelaide quality furnished rentals

They might have something.

Try airbnb.com.au - they have rentals from private people available.
