Another way to do it is to go to the top right hand side of the screen, you will see "View New Posts" if you click on this it will bring up only the new posts since you last logged in. Of course if you are one of those folks that just always leave yourself logged on, then this will not work for you, I guess. You have to log off before leaving and then log on again when you come back. I love that button, it helps me not to have to reread posts....hope that helps.
