It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (Mes) all with BIC's, 2 balconies, dishwasher, microwave, dryer, oven, gas hob, and extractor, 2 underground parking garages and has gym facilities, tennis courts, swimming pool, bike and running tracks - all within 100m. It is around 545 per week. The landlords would take 6 or 12 month leases, but are negotiable. We are a bit OCD, so the place is very clean. Cheers!
