I am now in Aus but can't find a job as a chemical engineer.I suppose the market will get better later this year. Very frustrating. If you can't find exactly what you are qualified for, it is often useful to get something similar even if at a lower position or pay you'd expect. This will not only give you some Aussie experience and a better edge in landing that big job, but also would tie you over finanically while job hunting.
