Hi,

It can take you a while till anybody from IOM actually gets back to you!!Even after you booked...to get your e-tickets its a schlep!

We had nothing,but bad service from them from the start!

And be careful to triple check your bookings before you actually leave...or you will be standing at SAA counter with not being booked on a flight like it has happened to us on the 26th FEB!!
