House for rent, Baldivis, Settlers Hills

Hi all

Baldivis is just outside Rockingham for those that do not know. South of the river. Closest train station is Warnbro (5mins bus ride) + 35mins to Perth underground.

My neighbour is moving to Sydney for at least 18 months & is about to rent his house out. They would prefer South Africans to rent if possible. It is a nice big house, 4x2 with decent size yard. I will get more info like rent per week etc if anyone is interested as he only told me today he is going. House is on the bus route, close to schools, shopping centre & new freeway.

Thought I would post in the meantime in case someone is looking.
