sonnetjie Posted April 14, 2009 Report Share Posted April 14, 2009 We had this salad at a family lunch last week it was a real winnerIn a salad bowl add 1cup of fresh flat leaf parsley & 1 cup fresh mint, both roughly torn by hand. Cut up ¼ an Asian cabbage into thin slices, add about 4 -5 thinly sliced radishes. Add about 150g of crumbled Kebia sheep’s feta. Add 2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce. Defrost 1 cup of frozen peas, let them return to room temperature before you add them to the salad. Mix well. Mix 1/3 cup olive oil (extra virgin is best) and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
