Bank statements - certified

Hi

A question about bank statemnets. I need to submit bank statements for 2 years for my child visa.

Can I just ask the bank to put the stamp of "certified true copy" or does it need to say "commissioner of oaths"

I went to the bank today and the commissioner of oath seemed to be very busy. Let alone he did not see I had like 100 pages to certify. SO I was wondering if the normall person working at enquiry can just put the stamp of "true copy".

Nope. It has to be done by a commissioner of oaths.

What visa are you applying for that you need to do that?

I have a 19y old I will be applying for with our visa. Do I need to do the same?

I will apply for an employer sponsored visa.....

I do not think so. I had my PR a while back and now adding a new child, so I need to prove I have been working for teh last 2 years.
