Accomodation needed Sunshine Coast

Interests:We are heading to the Sunshine Coast region. Looking at Caloundra & Maroochydore. Our kids are 9years (twin boys) and turning 6years now in Nov, our daughter. We love cycling, water sport like skiing, wakeboarding & ball sports. Marco's a metal machinist first class & welder. This got us the PR skilled visa. Melanie used to be an Educational Psychologist but not in field anymore. We are both project managers in the family business of automotve engineering. We are leaving our inheritance behind to provide a more stable future for us all (unfortunately we're also part of our country's statistics of violence). We are a very close family and feel comfortably and positive with our decision. We are lucky that the rest of the family supports our decision and that my brother and his son will also be there when we arrive (they're leaving 30 Oct 08).

We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids. We will be landing in Brisbane on 14 Jan 09 during holiday season. We have been looking at different accomodation options. We are not very successful at the moment. Most places are taken or high season tariffs. Does anyone know of any furnished (or not) accomodation in the Sunshine Coast region?
