Kan julle raad gee asb. Wat gebruik jy wanneer jy bak met:

1) Botter (watter brand) - unsalted

2) Margarine (watter brand)

Ek het voor die botter gestaan en Coles' sin was die goedkoopste, maar dis amper wit en ek weet nie hoe dit smaak nie. Daar was 'n Devon something wat nice gelyk het, maar hulle se nie of hulle sout in het of nie.

Hi

Ek is nou nie iemand wat baie bak en brou nie maar wanneer ek wel moet bak gebruik ek sommer no-name brand margarien wat ek by Woolies koop. Moet by se dat ek nou nog nie 'n vlop gehad het met die kids se verjaarsdag koeke nie. En partymaal wanneer ek nie margarien het nie gebruik ek sommer Flora, werk net so goed.

Botter - ook no name brand

Margarien - het laaste Fairy (cooking margarine) gekoop - werk vir my die beste

I suggest you try http://www.nuttelex.com.au/nuttelex-kosher/ Nuttelex. We don’t use butter because of cow dairy allergies. I usually use grapeseed oil or Kosher Nuttlelex margarine.
