It then shows the photos. That way you do not 'store' any photos on the forum.The link has tags around it.You then don't have to worry about image sizes at all.If you hover your mouse pointer over the image you have uploaded, you will see different codes underneath it. You want the IMG Code Just click in the code and it will automatically select and copy it, so you can just paste in your message.
