Seeking possibe flat/house to rent-Perth

Hi all,

Im moving to Perth in mid January and I will be looking for a flat or similar to rent from early Feb.

I'm a single mechanical engineer, who just graduated, and would prefer something not too far away from the beach (say 10km or less), in the region of AUD 1000 - 1300 per month, preferably furnished or partially furnished.

Anyone know about or got something like that?
