If anyone is interested the rental is situated in Daglish about 6km away from the Perth CBD. It is a 3 bedroom & 2 bath room house. The closest train station is about 600 meters down the road & Jolimont Primary or Shenton Collage is just around the corner, at present we pay $ 405.00 per week.
