Affordable rates and luxurious living, perfect for immigrant families.We arrived in Australia from South Africa and stayed in an expensive impersonal hotel which cost us $145 per night, we were very lucky to then take over a lease with 2 months left on it, in a huge and empty house in which we camped with no furniture, while we settled into our jobs, put the kids in schools and looked for a house to buy. The rental market can be daunting, I'm sure you have heard about standing with about 15 other potential tenants outside a house for a 1/2 hour viewing inspection.
