I have never in my life seen such clear water! It is a pity that the weather there is very changeable. Talk about four seasons in a day! But...alas... travelling time for me to Esperance in this huge country we now call home would be something like 10-12 hours.(5 .5 hours flying time and aproximately another 5-6 by road) But- It has been place right on top of my to-do list! Ek het nou nie so fyn gekyk nie Ek dink daar mag dalk van daai groottes wees, maar hulle is gelukkig maklik om te "spot" en hulle bly eintlik buite. Nie soos die blerrie klein goedjies wat so in jou kombuis gekrioel het in SA nie! Maar nou ja, soos reeds gesê, daar is erger dinge as goggas in hierdie wêreld .Daar is baie plekke waar jy met jou voertuig op die strand mag gaan, en daar kamp. Hier is 'n foto van die ideale ding. Dis vinnig en maklik om op te slaan, en jy sal nie glo wat het hierdie mense alles in hierdie voertuig nie! Ys- en vrieskas, wynkoeler, en alles wat jy dalk mag nodig kry. Toe ons by Tamworth gaan kamp het, was die publieke badkamers VOL van die goed - en dit VLIEG! (Dit is AL ding wat ek op hierdie stadium teen kamp het - die kakkerlakke in die publieke badkamers - hulle kom seker agter die lig aan...!) Ek het 'n hengse vrees vir die goed! Ons kry dit hier in Sydney ook - veral in Februarie, want dan is dit blykbaar broei-tyd (dit is so erg, hulle noem dit Fearbruary!) Ek hou my vensters en deure toe en dit hou meeste van hulle buite, maar nou en dan glip een in en dan is ek buite myself! My gil sal 'n glas laat bars! Ek kriewel sommer nou net om daaraan te dink! Suidwes - dit klink na 'n idee! "Die Groot Trek" Down Under......Of dalk: "Die Boere gaan Bos!" He-He! Ek neem aan julle is lief vir kamp & 4X4 aksie? Ek dink mens verlang terug na RSA se natuur, maar Oz het self sulke mooi plekke (party baie mooier as RSA), dat ek dink mens later net die bosse in ry om oor jou verlange te kom.
