JohanK
Ok, we are in Australia on a 457 sponsorship my wife is a registered nurse and gets sufficient points to apply for the subclass 136 now but then you have to go through the whole New Zealand or somewhere trip. Is there a PR visa type that one can apply for with out asking your current employer to sponsor you, meaning you apply for the PR visa from with in Oz (Perth) with out having to leave the country or sponsorship from your current employer. Thanks
Guest Lara
AS far as I know you don't have to have a sponsoring company to apply for a 136.Ok, we are in Australia on a 457 sponsorship my wife is a registered nurse and gets sufficient points to apply for the subclass 136 now but then you have to go through the whole New Zealand or somewhere trip. Dedrei

Guest Lara
If you apply for sponsored permanent visas eg ENS, RSMS then you don't have to leave the country for them to be granted. That's the part of the question I'm also interested in JohanK.Would be great if somebody can shed some light on it for me toooooo plssss Lindy-Lee
Madelein
Madelein
Sterkte Johan! GroetnisMadelein
Marius
Johan,Ek is tans besing met my PR onder die RSMS skema applikasie, my werk sponsor my daarvoor .
