139 Regional Sponsored

Hi,

Our 136 visa is not panning out as we planned and there is a possibility that we may have to change it to another visa.

Is anyone applying for a 139 visa.

I need to find our whether the sponsor needs to be resident in Austrlia for 2 years. We may have to change our application but my sister-in-law has only been in Australia for 1 year and has only had PR for just under that.

We would have different assurers but first need to clarify the above about the sponsor before we can proceed any further.

Any info / help would be greatly appreciated.
