Sarah11 Posted May 17, 2020 Report Share Posted May 17, 2020 Hi all , 2 years a go i Lodged for partner visa 820 out of Australia after few months later i got pregnant and alrady inform immigration about that after after completed one year lodged application my visa granted and than i came here to Australia and now i been here one and already i gave birth to a child .recentrly i received email from immigration told me that I am eligible to apply for partner visa 801 now my questions is I have to fill form 1022 as my situation been changed as i have now ababy or not ? 2- The requirement for but Napheesa subclass 801 is Australian police certificate is this I have to do fingerprint or not? thank you all in Advice Sarah Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
