Due to time constraints, I will not be able to convert my trade in South Africa. Any advise or direction on how to go about doing the conversion in Brisbane would be appreciated. Thanks Brendon. You can have a look at the process here. Once you complete the initial part of the process you will also be able to use the certificate issued as part of a skills assessment if you wanted to be the primary applicant on a permanent visa (as long as you met the other requirements). Let me know if you need more information. Also please note that you will not be able to enter Australia on the SC482 visa until the COVID-19 travel restrictions are lifted. You can check these here.
